Refund Policy

No refunds on gift certificates, salon credit only.

Products with original packaging may be returned within 10 days with proof of purchase as required by Libase’ Salon & Spa in order for any exchanges and/or refunds to be given.

Brushes and combs are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and/or used returns of the following items: makeup, makeup brushes and applicators, skin care products, hair brushes and combs, other hair accessories, nail care and pedicure care products.

All services, series , packages and gift cards sales are final.


Please check-in at the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to all spa services. Please provide your name so we can properly inform your service provider of your arrival.

Please leave your valuables at home. While we aim to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Late Guests

We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us at 9087563333. If you are 15 minutes or later, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind or stuck in traffic, etc. Your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time.


If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellation

We require 24 to 48 hours of cancellation or rescheduling notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Under 24 hours a charge of 40% of scheduled services will be required. However, any gift cards will be 50% redeemed. Same day no-shows or no calls will be charged 100% for all scheduled services or packages. Cancellations and No-shows affect us & other clients greatly and cannot be accepted without a penalty charge. By giving us your credit card information you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card.

Reserve Rights To Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who will behave improperly, disruptive and intoxicated. If someone harasses our employees or other customers and makes them feel uncomfortable.If the customer’s state of mental or physical health may put the technicians at risk or can’t predict the effect of treatment and therefore don’t feel comfortable doing it. Because of health safety and privacy concerns, we may refuse to perform the service also.

Pet Policy

Due to health regulations, we do not allow any pets in the salon and spa during business hours.

Surveillance Policy

Libase’ Salon & Spa has several surveillance cameras inside and outside our building for safety and protection of our staff and clients.

Photo Policy

Libase’ Salon & Spa reserves the right to publish, post and promote photos taken on our private property. If you wish not to have your photo published, posted or promoted please let us know, although it is not guaranteed.

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions

Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain services may not be advisable for you. If you are pregnant or any other health condition please let your technician know before to provide the service.

Children Policy

We write this notice without the intent of offending and hope that you will help us in keeping our salon and spa a safe environment.


We understand how challenging it is finding time for yourself. we want to provide you a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to Libase’ Spa. We do, however, allow children to enjoy certain spa services under the following guidelines: children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.


We cannot be held responsible for injuries in our salon as a result of unsupervised children. You will be financially responsible for ANY items and/or property damaged by children attending with you. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child and others.Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, glass, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.


If you cannot comply with this policy you may be asked to reschedule. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about this policy.

Cell Phones

Please mute cell phones out of consideration for other guests. We request that cell phones shouldn’t be loud or on speaker from all service areas. Also, so that you and others can enjoy the full atmosphere and experience of Libase’ Salon and Spa.


We accept cash and all major debit & credit Cards ( VISA, Master and Discover ).


Gratuity is customary for good service. Tips usually average 15% to 20% of treatment price. These can be given in cash or personal check. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the reception desk . All tips are much appreciated and go directly to your technicians.
