It’s our way of saying thank you to our guests. You will be enrolled in our loyalty program by simply providing your email address. As our guest, each time you receive a service, you can earn Spa Points. Over time they will add up, and you can redeem them for free products and services… whichever ones you want, whenever you are ready. You earn points every time you visit Libase’ Spa and purchase services and products. (Gift Card purchases not included)

$1 spent = 1 point

$100 Spent = 100 points

We offer the following ways to earn extra points:

Earn 100 points at your first ring-up as a new guest.

Earn 500 points when you refer your family or friend.

How do I redeem them? It’s up to you when you redeem them. You can do it as soon as you have 1000 points, or you can wait and accumulate more for a larger credit.

Point Redemption Levels:

Points are redeemable for products and services only, in the following $10 increments (Gift Cards excluded):

3000 Points

$ 30

5000 Points

$ 50

2000 Points

4000 Points

$ 40

Please Note:

Your points are awarded at ring-up once you complete your experience.

Points are not redeemable for cash.

Points expire in 12 months

Points cannot be transferred, shared or distributed. Each guest accumulates points separately.
